These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of DEOrbit Learning Portal (“DEOrbit”, “we”, “our”, “us”)
and the Services available at https://deorbit.cloud. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
DEOrbit provides online education services including courses, mock tests, learning content, and subscriptions.
2) Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information while creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access.
3) Payments
- Prices are displayed on the pricing/checkout pages and may change over time.
- Payments are processed via payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay). We may receive transaction/payment IDs and payment status.
- Successful payment confirmation is shown on the website and may be communicated through email/SMS where applicable.
4) Digital Delivery
Services are delivered digitally. Access is provided to the registered user account/email after successful payment, subject to plan terms and system verification.
5) User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for illegal activities.
- Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or reverse engineering.
- Copy, redistribute, resell, or exploit content without permission.
- Upload harmful content or interfere with platform security or performance.
6) Intellectual Property
All content on DEOrbit (videos, PDFs, tests, branding, UI, text) is owned by DEOrbit or its licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use content for learning purposes only.
7) Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By purchasing, you agree to those rules.
8) Service Availability
We aim for high availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, or security actions may require downtime.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEOrbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If any liability is established, it will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, misuse, or security reasons.
11) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to courts at Barmer, Rajasthan (India).
